Refund policy

Please make sure you are certain before purchasing as returns, exchanges and/ or credit vouchers are not accepted. 

This includes items that are 'sight unseen.' 

Every effort is made to make sure items are in good, working order and that any imperfections are communicated clearly and properly. However, due to the nature of vintage and second hand items, there may be some flaws consistent with age. 

Inspection is encouraged wherever possible.

If you are unable to attend an inspection, please request additional details, pictures and information before purchase. 

Items are not able to be held, so please be aware that if you organise an inspection with an intent to purchase, the item may sell before you have finalised payment. 

If this happens, you will be contacted and your appointment cancelled.
